Over the past 18 months, the Government of Dubai has been introducing many new laws affecting the way real estate is transacted in the Emirate of Dubai.

In the brokers' online community, real estate brokers and agents, buyers and sellers may familarise themselves with the new procedures, the changes and the essential forms required for transacting sales and purchases in the Dubai property market.

RERA's message is clear. Only use a registered broker. Ask for their Broker ID card. We support protection of consumers and complete transparency for all concerned parties.
